Memberships
Q: What membership tiers are available?
A: We offer three tiers: The app, Group classes and Personalised 1-2-1 classes.
Each one gives full access to the RB Pilates app, weekly schedules app only or group classes.
Personalised 1-2-1 classes get weekly private classes and tailored programming suited to your body and needs.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: There is a free trial option when you download the RB Pilates app.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that period.
The App
Q: What devices does the RB Pilates app work on?
A: The app is available on iOS, Android and desktop browsers, so you can practice on your preferred device, you are also able to connect through your device to your television.
Q: Are classes downloadable?
A: Yes you are able to download classes so you can still practice your favourite class offline too.
Q: Can I track my progress in the app?
A: Yes! The app allows you to follow weekly schedules and track completed sessions to see your improvements over time.
Classes & Instruction
Q: Do I need prior Pilates experience?
A: No. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Q: Can I participate if I have injuries?
A: Yes. Rebecca tailors sessions in small group and 1-2-1 classes to accommodate injuries. There are also gentle classes on the app to practice.
Always check with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.
Q: What’s the difference between group and 1-2-1 sessions?
A: Small group classes provide attention in a supportive environment, while 1-2-1 classes allow fully tailored and personal instruction based on your goals and needs.

Q: What payment options are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure payment processing through the website.
