What members say
“I never thought I’d be motivated to exercise at home, but I’m a total convert. I love the flexibility of choosing shorter or longer classes. Rebecca’s instructions are so clear, and I’m feeling much stronger from doing little and often. A year on, Pilates is just part of my day.
Highly recommend!

“Rebecca guided me through movements that safely stabilised my sacroiliac imbalance and transformed my core strength, my posture, balance, and flexibility have improved enormously.
The app makes it feel personal and motivating every session. I can’t recommend it enough.”
“Rebecca gives incredibly clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The weekly schedules and on-demand library make it easy to fit sessions into your day. I focus on core and back strength, and manage four or five short sessions a week plus a couple of the live classes.
So pleased I joined!

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The app works on iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and any computer through your web browser. You can also cast or mirror to your TV if you'd rather follow along on a bigger screen.
-
The app suits you if you want to fit Pilates around a busy life — a weekly schedule for structure, classes range from 5 - 45 minutes.
1-2-1 coaching suits you if you're working with an injury or imbalance, or you'd like your form watched and corrected as you go. Sessions are online, so no travel or parking.
Many people do both: we sort out technique in our sessions, and the app keeps things ticking over in between.
Not sure? Message me with a little about where you're starting from and I'll tell you honestly which would suit you best.

Yes. You get a 7 day free trial when you download the RB Pilates app, and you can cancel any time.

Not at all. Plenty of members start with no experience whatsoever and there's a dedicated beginners program to follow, so you're not left guessing where to start. It takes you through the fundamentals step by step, building your confidence and technique before you move on.
Every class is clearly explained and cued throughout, so you'll always know what you're doing and why. And if you've been practicing for years, there's plenty to challenge you too.
-
Often, yes but it depends on the injury, so please check with your GP, physio or consultant first, especially if it's recent or you're still under treatment.
If you've been cleared to exercise, the app gives you plenty of classes to work gently and build back up: shorter classes, mobility-focused sessions, and the freedom to skip anything that doesn't feel right on the day. Listen to your body and ease off if something hurts.
If you're managing something specific — a back problem, an imbalance, or recovery from surgery — 1-2-1 coaching is usually the better starting point. We can adapt movements to your body, work around what's sore, and build a plan that gets you strong again safely. Message me if you'd like to talk it through.

Not to begin with but I would recommend investing in a small ball, theraband, magic circle and light weights.
