At RB Pilates, we are dedicated to helping adults move mindfully, build strength and improve alignment.
With a focus on form, technique and long-term wellbeing, we provide precise, expert-led Pilates instruction, through on demand classes and online small group or 1-2-1 sessions.

Our mission is simple: to guide you toward a stronger, more aware and confident body through calm, clear and supportive teaching.

Meet Your Teacher…

Rebecca Brotherton

Rebecca trained extensively in ballet at both The Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst Ballet School, gaining a strong foundation in discipline, body awareness and movement precision.
Following her ballet career, she continued her passion for movement by transitioning into the field of wellness, bringing the same focus and dedication to Pilates.

With over 7 years of experience in teaching both Mat-work and Reformer Pilates, Rebecca has developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, posture and alignment.
Her own journey with Pilates, including recovering from a disc bulge and retrolisthesis in her back, has given her firsthand insight into how mindful, precise movement can support rehabilitation, prevent injury, and enhance long-term wellbeing.

Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients move better, develop strength and improve body awareness.
She works closely with clients through small group classes and 1-2-1 classes, tailoring instruction to meet each individual’s needs.
Her approach is calm, clear and supportive, ensuring every client progresses safely and confidently.
